How Long Does It Take To Change A Habit?

When people try to change a habit, they usually get discouraged after just 4 days! You have to realize that a habit is formed after 21 days.  But for it to go deep into your subconscience and to become a natural process, you may need to repeat that 21 day process 2-3 times.  That's up to 63 days.  So make a chart and give it at least 2 months.  Don't give up...you will happy with your end results!
