Do You Love Yourself?

Talk to yourself like you are talking to someone you love. Why don't we do this? This should just be a natural thing for us to do, but we don't. So I guess it's true that we have to love ourselves before we can love others.

You have to treat yourself right before you can treat others the way they should be treated. Let that sink in for a moment. Start today by telling yourself that you love yourself, that you are successful, your beautiful, that you can do anything that you put your mind too.

Before long, you will start to believe it and you will also see others in a new way and treat them better too.
